Update 8/3: As expected, 103.1 will flip to Spanish CHR "KQ 103" at 9pm tonight. The station will launch with 20,000 songs in a row. New WHKQ calls are in place as well. Update 8/1: 103.1 WLOQ dropped its Smooth Jazz format at 12am and began stunting with all Elvis Presley music as "Elvis 103.1".
