Update 9/8: WARM-FM relaunched as "Wink 103" at midnight tonight. The new Wink 103's music is nearly identical to its sister up the road in Harrisburg. The two stations will both air WNNK's "Denny, Sue & Matt" morning show and the syndicated Billy Bush at night, but separate lineups the rest of the day. Former
