Bridgelight LLC has applied to increase 103.1 W276AQ Fort Lee NJ from 35 watts at 136.9 meters to 99 watts with a change in originating station to Cumulus’ 94.7 WNSH-HD4 Newark, which already rebroadcasts Bridgelight’s “Bridge FM” Christian AC format (Coverage Map).
Bible Broadcasting applies to increase 93.9 W230CE Charlotte NC from 38 watts at 61.6 meters to 95 watts at 107 meters on 93.7 rebroadcasting their 930 WYFQ (Coverage Map).
Edgewater Broadcasting’s CP for 104.1 W281BF Richmond VA proposes an increase from 30 watts at 23.7 meters to 250 watts at 188 meters on 104.3. The translator will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of Summit Media’s 95.3 WKHK Colonial Heights (Coverage Map).
Radio Fargo-Moorhead plots the final step in its move of 94.7 K234BX Wahpeton ND into Fargo following the build of its previous CP to relocate to 94.5. The translator now seeks to build a new application with 250 watts at 40 meters rebroadcasting Classic Country “Willie 1660” KQWB West Fargo (Coverage Map).
Gary Moss’ Variety Hits “Party 101.3” K267AI Moody/Waco TX seeks an increase from 43 watts at 84.8 meters to 250 watts at 103 meters (Coverage Map).
Saga Communication’s 96.9 W245BK Amherst MA applies to increase from 88 watts at 83.3 meters to 250 watts (Coverage Map). W245BK rebroadcasts News/Talk 1400 WHMP Northampton with the application proposing a subchannel of sister 99.3 WLZX Northampton.
Following the loss of its current tower lease, New South Radio’s 93.1 W226BS Cedar Hills/Jackson MS seeks to relocate to a new tower with 60 watts at 112 meters and a frequency change to 92.9 (Coverage Map).
First Ventures Capital Partners holds a CP to move 105.3 K287AS Los Banos CA to 105.7 with 190 watts at 7.7 meters. It now applies to increase to 250 watts at 88 meters rebroadcasting Spanish Christian 1660 KTIQ Merced (Coverage Map).
First Ventures also had a previous application to relocate 98.3 K252DO Madera CA to 100.7 with 10 watts at 6 meters. It has now scrapped that application and instead wishes to stay on 98.3 with 250 watts at 129 meters rebroadcasting Brokered Ethnic 900 KBIF Fresno.
Olympic Broadcasting’s 104.1 K281BM Shelton WA asks for a waiver to prevent a skip and shift to 103.3 with its current 250 watt at 279.6 meters facilities. The application states the move will eliminate interference with K281AD Olympia and allow K281 and its originating 1030 KMAS to reach Olympia on FM (Coverage Map).
Meanwhile Sam-Sno Educational Media applies to relocate its CP for 92.9 K225BY Olympia to 105.7 due to a pending displacement from 92.9 KVNW Napavine. It too will rebroadcast 1030 WMAS upon launch (Coverage Map).
Radio Assist Ministry applies to shift 91.3 W217BU Merrill WI to 91.5 with an increase from 99 watts at 19 meters to 250 watts at 8 meters (Coverage Map).
Intrepid Broadcasting’s 104.1 W281AA Watertown NY seeks to move to 104.5 with 65 watts at 122 meters rebroadcasting Variety Hits 92.5 WBLH Black River (Coverage Map).
New Hampshire Gospel Radio seeks to move its CP for 95.9 W240CS Hebron NH to Bristol where it will operate with 10 watts at 2 meters (Coverage Map).
Radio Webs, Inc applies to relocate 99.7 W259CD Calhoun GA to 103.5 due to interference caused to Cumulus’ 99.7 WWWQ Atlanta. The facility will continue to operate with 120 watts at 74 meters rebroadcasting 1030 WEBS Calhoun.
Station Moves
With its current Construction Permit about to expire, KHWY, Inc’s Hot AC “The Highway Vibe” 99.7 KHYZ Mountain Pass CA reapplies to upgrade to 50kW at 150 meters to give the station city grade coverage of Las Vegas (Coverage Map) in addition to its booster already in the city.
Journal Communications seeks modifications to two of its Wichita area stations to conform to modifications made to its antenna structure registration. 95.1 KICT-FM Wichita will adjust from 100kW at 274 meters to 276 meters, while 104.5 KFXJ Augusta goes 45kW at 157 meters to 47kW at 154.3 meters.
Max Henry & Associates seeks to change the COL of its CP for 103.9 in Harrison MI to Big Rapids with 6kW at 99.3 meters (Coverage Map).
Not Los Angeles, but La Favorita Radio Network’s 95.9 KBYN Arnold CA seeks to change city-of-license to City Of Angels with 240 watts at 488 meters (Coverage Map).
Light of Life Ministries applies to increase 89.3 WRPB Benedicta ME from a Class A with 2kW at 61 meters to a Class C3 with 3kW at 168 meters (Coverage Map)

In two deals, William Wachter’s One Media is acquiring one station and seven Construction Permits. For $120,000, Patrick Parker sells Sports “ESPN 100.7” KSHQ Deerfield MO/Pittsburg KS and CP’s for 99.3 Pine Bluff AR, 101.3 Pine Bluff AR, 98.1 Altheimer/Pine Bluff AR, and 105.7 KRDR Alma OK. For $85,000, Christopher Falletti sells 95.3 Wakeeney KS, 97.3 Cheyenne OK, and 105.9 Covington OK.
Patrick Pfeffer’s Evolution Broadcasting is converting his LMA of Dance “93.9 Play-FM” 1290 WPCF Panama City Beach/93.9 W230CA Panama City to an outright purchase. Evolution will pay Magic Broadcasting II $150,000 for the AM and translator.
Educational Media Foundation is selling its recently acquired 88.5 WNLI Sturgeon Bay WI to WRVM, Inc. for $240,000. WRVM, Inc. operates a network of Christian stations and translators in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
EMF also sells 106.5 W293CA Flint MI to Christian Broadcasting System for $60,000. W293CA will be used to rebroadcast Christian Preaching “Victory 600” WSNL Flint.
In a sale from mother to daughter, Sabetta Persaud’s Rama Communications is selling five Florida AM’s to Shanti Persaud’s Unity Communications for $100. The stations being transferred are 1240 WKIQ Eustis, 1300 WMEL Cocoa Beach, 1580 WNTF Bithlo, 1600 WLAA Winter Garden, and 1680 WOKB Winter Garden.
The three principals of Florida Talk Radio, LLC are restructuring their partnership to settle and resolve various disputes. Lauren Rudd will sell his 40% interest and exit the company. 40% owner Susan Nilon and 20% Jim Lampl will each hold 50% of the company following the restructuring, although Nilon will hold 100% voting interest as Lampl is an insulated investor. Florida Talk Radio owns Talk 1220 WSRQ Sarasota and 106.9 W295BH Sarasota.
Broadway Media is exercising its option to acquire 960 KOVO Provo, UT for $200,000. Broadway had acquired the option as part of its purchase of Simmons Media’s Salt Lake City stations earlier this year. KOVO is currently leased to Larry H. Miller Communications as part of its “Zone” trimulcast in the market. Broadway gains the rights to give 90 days notice to Miller any time on or after September 30.
The University of Oklahoma will transfer 93.9 K230BF Ada OK to The Love Station in exchange for a Broadcast Services Agreement where The Love Station will operate a combined antenna system for their and the University’s translators in Shawnee OK.
American Family Association sells the CP for 101.5 K268CP Joplin, MO to Jerry W. Tibbetts for $35,000. Tibbetts owns Urban “1560 The Beat” WMBH Joplin.
Gerald R. Proctor sells 105.9 K290CD Huntsville TX to Houston Christian Broadcasters for $35,000. K290CD holds a CP to relocate to Lufkin.
