Inner Banks has registered 943-TheGame.com (personally a baffling registration when the simpler 943TheGame.com and TheGame943.com are available as of this writing), indicating that AC “Star 94.3” WRHD Farmville will be the station heading to Sports. A Twitter account with the new station logo decked out in the colors of the hometown East Carolina University Pirates is also in place.
In addition to WRHD and WTIB, Inner Banks Media also owns “Thunder Country 96.3” WRHT Morehead City and News/Talk 94.1 WNBU Oriental/New Bern.
