At 4 PM on January 12th, 2009, the station rebranded itself as Virgin Radio 96, joining a network consisting of three other similarly branded stations across Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver). The station's Hot AC format and airstaff remained intact, albeit with a few new additions. For your listening / downloading pleasure, here's a clip of the last hour of Mix 96, which went jockless from noon until 4 PM.
