Sounds like early &#39;74. I also get a snippet of WCBS-fm at around the 33:00 mark.</p> <p>Interestingly, it seems that WBLI&#39;s format was essentially the same as WCBS in that it was primarily;y oldies based with some current each hour. He used to have a contest segment where the winner would name any song and he put it on a cassette and mail it to them. </p> <p> It&#39;s a shame WHAS has gone from local content to syn dication but it&#39;s the way of the broadcast-world, in the 21st century.
