Alpha Media AAA 101.9 KINK Portland has appointed Sean Demery as its new Program Director.
Demery most recently programmed AAA “88Nine” WYMS Milwaukee and running his own consultancy. He is best known for his long run as APD/MD/Afternoon host at Alternative “99X” WNNX Atlanta from its launch in 1992 to 1999, and then a brief run in mornings at the station in 2006-2007. Demery has also programmed Alternative “Live 105” KITS San Francisco and “X96” KXRK Salt Lake City and hosted mornings at AAA “103.7 The Mountain” KMTT Seattle in his career.
Demery succeeds Alpha Media EVP/Programming Scott Mahalick as to day to day programmer of KINK.

Sean Demery is a seasoned media veteran with years of programming, on-air and consulting experience who’s been around the block more than once on squeaky rollerblades. His experience includes stations such as; WNNX/Atlanta, KITS/San Francisco, KMTT/Seattle, KXRK & KLRZ/Salt Lake City, WYMS/Milwaukee, and KGGI/Riverside & San Bernardino to name a few.
