Big Hits 99.3 WKTJClearwater Communications sells AC “Big Hits 99.3” WKTJ-FM Farmington ME to Kathadin Communications for $525,000. The buyer owns Sports 1240 WSYY and Hot AC “The Mountain 94.9” WSYY-FM Millinocket ME.

After taking Sports “ESPN Hawaii” 850 KHLO Hilo/790 KKON Kealakekua HI silent rather than repoint their satellite dishes, Pacific Media Group is donating the two stations to King’s Cathedrals and Chapels with a $195,000 valuation.

Following the death of Justin Dixon, Media Professional LLC will transfer 49% of Sports 1250 KBTC and Country “Big Country 99.3” KUNQ Houston MO to George Scholtz per the terms of their operating agreement. Dixon’s widow Tessa will receive the controlling 51% stake.

Translator Sales

American Family Association will purchase 101.9 W270CD Jacksonville Beach FL from Educational Media Foundation for $1 as it exercises an option included in a ten station swap between the two companies made in March 2016.

Kamiak Butte Translator Association donates 95.3 K237CO Moscow ID to Walla Walla University for no consideration. K2370CO will continue to rebroadcast Walla Walla Univeristy’s Christian AC “Positive Life Radio” 91.3 KGTS College Place WA.
