Meruelo Media has announced a series of talent shifts at Classic Hip-Hop 93.5 KDAY and Urban “Power 106” 105.9 KPWR Los Angeles.
KDAY midday host Cece is moving to KPWR to join “The Cruz Show” as a co-host. She fills the slot that was held by Krystal Bee until she replaced Yesi Ortiz in middays last month. Former “Real 92.3” KRRL overnight host Bryhana takes Cece’s spot in middays at KDAY.
Corey Dillon has exited nights at Entercom Country “100.3 The Bull” KILT-FM Houston. Dillon had filled the night slot at the station since the start of 2017 after previously working the same daypart at Local Media San Diego CHR “Z90” XHTZ Tijuana/San Diego.
Leighton Broadcasting Country “Wild Country 99” 98.9 KZPK St. Cloud MN Program Director/Morning Host Kris Valentine is exiting in April to move back to Minneapolis and start a business with his wife. Valentine joined KZPK in 2016 after spending four years in afternoons at CBS Radio Country “Buz’n 102.9” KMNB Minneapolis. John Moug has announced he is exiting afternoons at Entercom CHR 98.5 KLUC Las Vegas at the end of the month for a “dream gig” elsewhere. Moug started his career at KLUC in 2006 before moving to a brief stint with Cox Media Group CHR “Hot 101.5” WPOI Tampa in 2011 before returning to KLUC and then to mornings at Wilkes Country “92.5 The Wolf” KWOF Denver in 2015 before rejoining KLUC for a third time.
