East Carolina Radio acquires “Classic Rock 104.9” WFMZ Hertford NC from Hengooch LLC for $150,000 to join a cluster that already includes seven stations in the northeastern corner of North Carolina. WFMZ is currently managed by Max Media in simulcast with Hengooch’s 92.3 WZPR Nags Head.
Great South Wireless sells Classic Hits “97.7 The Peach” WHPH Jemison AL to TBTA Ministries for $200,000.
Immaculate Heart Media is acquiring fellow Catholic operator The Presence Radio Network and its five stations in Maine for $750,000. The stations involved in the deal are 89.5 WWTP Augusta, 89.7 WTBP Bath, 90.3 WXBP Corinth, 106.7 WXTP North Windham, and 1390 WEGP Presque Isle.
Steven Duffy sells Hot AC “Star 106.3” KZLK Rapid City SD to New Generation Broadcasting for $497,775. Members of the buyers are also members of Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises which operates KZLK via Time Brokerage Agreement and will continue to do so following the sale.

Cochise Media donates Silent 100.9 KHSK Allen NE to the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The tribe will convert KHSK to non-commercial status.
Gail Payne’s K95.5 Inc. sells Country “K95.5” KITX Hugo, 94.9 K235AW Antlers, 103.9 K280GD Durant OK, and 105.1 K286AV Paris TX to Will Payne’s Payne Media Group for $365,000 as part of an agreement reached when the seller acquired the station in 1995.
Hispanic Family Christian Network transfers 88.9 KRIQ-FM Richton MS and 91.7 KZYU-FM Wellton AZ to commonly owned Hispanic American Christian Network for no consideration. Both groups are commonly owned with the new licensee setup as a non-commercial operator.
