Max Media Sports “ESPN Radio 94.1” WVSP Yorktown/Norfolk has announced the return of Nick Cattles to the station to host afternoons from 3-6pm.
Cattles previously held that daypart from 2012-2016 before joining “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM Boston. He replaces Jeff ‘Pants’ Pantridge who was let go by WVSP last week.

IHeartMedia Tampa Bay has appointed Russell Robertson as Senior Vice President of Sales. Robertson joins the cluster from its Seattle cluster where he held the same title. He has also served as General Sales Manager for iHeartMedia in San Diego.
iHeartMedia announced today that Russell Robertson has been named Senior Vice President of Sales for Tampa Bay, effective immediately. iHeartMedia Tampa Bay has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than 10 stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
Robertson will be responsible for leading a team of talented sales managers and professionals to provide advertising and marketing partners with first-in-class assets designed to help them achieve their marketing goals. Russell will report to Chris Soechtig, Market President for iHeartMedia Tampa Bay.

Russell comes to Tampa from iHeartMedia Seattle, where he most recently served as the SVPS. He also served as the General Sales Manager for KOZ, KGB, KLSD, and Chargers Radio Broadcast for iHeartMedia San Diego.

The opportunity to be in my home state working with the Tampa iHeartMedia team was an opportunity I had to pursue,” said Robertson. “The last 17 years with iHeartMedia has allowed me the chance to work in amazing markets like San Diego, Seattle and now Tampa. iHeartMedia Seattle has promoted Mark Glynn to Senior Vice President of Sales for the cluster to fill Russell Robertson’s spot. Glynn had been serving as VP/Sales for 93.3 KUBE, 106.1 KBKS, and Total Traffic and Weather Network in the market.

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Glynn will be responsible for iHeartMedia Seattle’s revenue platform. He will report to Robert Dove, President, Pacific Northwest Region for iHeartMedia.

Glynn most recently served as a Vice President of Sales for TTWN, KBKS and KUBE in Seattle. He began his career at iHeartMedia Minneapolis and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
