Fox Sports Radio is making changes to its evening lineup as it has cut ties with its two evening shows.
Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman and his cousin Jeffrey Gorman’s “Steve Gorman SPORTS” is done after four and a half years on the network. The show first aired from 3-6pm eastern from January-October 2014 before settling in the 6-8pm eastern timeslot.
John “JT The Brick” Tournour exits his 8-11pm eastern show after 17 years with the network in various roles. Tournour also previously hosted at KMAX Los Angeles, KFMB San Diego, KNBR San Francisco, and the defunct SportsFan Radio Network before joining FSR in 2001. Co-host Tomm Looney remains with the company.
No word yet on the network’s plans for the evening time slots. Weekend hosts Jonas Knox and Brady Quinn filled-in on Monday evening.
Since 2001, I’ve been proud to work @FoxSportsRadio Thanks to my bosses, co-workers and most importantly the listeners who have made this an incredible chapter in my life. I look forward to the future. Stay tuned…..
