Bryan and Lee Steele have taken over operations of Neal Ardman’s Radio Statesboro via LMA and will soon file to acquire the stations.
The Statesboro Herald reports that the Steele’s took over operations on February 1 and will debut new formats and brands on two of the cluster’s stations on Monday, February 18. 106.5 WMCD Rocky Ford will drop its simulcast of Conservative Talk “Fox News 107.7” 1240 WWNS/107.7 W299CT Statesboro for Country “106.5 The Boro“. 850 WPTB/99.7 W259CH Statesboro will drop Rhythmic Oldies for Top 40. 94.9 WPMX Millen will remain AC as “94.9 The Eagle“.
Bryan Steele most recently served as General Manager for RadioJones in Swainsboro GA. He has also served as GM for groups in Hinesville and Brunswick GA and spent 24 years in television sales in Savannah.
