Darren Wilhite and Tim Wall hosted mornings at 107.7 WIVK Knoxville from 1991 through 1997 and later worked at WYCD Detroit, WTNR Grand Rapids, and WDAF-FM Kansas City.

Rockcastle also has announced the show will debut on Country “Coyote 93.9” KOTE Eureka KS.

Saga Communications CHR “Energy 106.9” WNRG-FM Brookfield/Milwaukee WI has announced the addition of the syndicated Tino Cochino Radio in afternoons.


Griffin Communications has appointed ‘Wavy Davy’ Dave Michaels as Program Director and afternoon host for Classic Hits “92.9 The Drive” KBEZ Tulsa. Michaels is best known in the market for his long run across town in afternoons at Cox Media Group’s 103.3 KJSR and has also programmed in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.

Griffin also has announced the promotion of Nikki Reed from weekends to afternoons at Country 98.5 KVOO and nights at CHR “106.9 K-Hits” KHTT. Tanner Messer moves from promotions to afternoons at Classic Country “Big Country 99.5” KXBL and nights at KVOO.
