iHeartMedia CHR “106.1 Kiss-FM” KBKS Tacoma/Seattle has announced the appointment of Jared Fallon as Program Director starting June 1.
Fallon joins KBKS from iHeart’s “Q102” 102.1 WIOQ Philadelphia where he has served as PD/afternoon host since March 2014. He has also programmed “Kiss 107” 107.1 WKFS Cincinnati and served as OM of iHeart’s Eau Claire WI cluster.
Fallon takes on the day-to-day programming duties of KBKS from Tim ‘Romeo’ Herbster, who continues as Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Pacific Northwest and Program Director of CHR “Z100” 100.3 KKRZ and Rhythmic CHR “Jam’n 107.5” KXJM Portland.
iHeartMedia announced today that Jared Fallon has been named Program Director for 106.1 KISS FM, Home of The Carla Marie & Anthony Show, effective June 1, 2019. iHeartMedia Seattle has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than eight stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Program Director, Jared will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the station’s music, programming, imaging and branding. He will report to Rich Moore, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Seattle.

Fallon joins the Seattle market from iHeartMedia’s Q102 Philly, where he most recently served as the program director and afternoon drive host. He also served as the program director and afternoon drive host for Kiss 107.1 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Z100 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin as well as operations manager for iHeartMedia Eau Claire and Wisconsin. He began his career at WAQE-FM.
