Verstandig Broadcasting has flipped Sports “ESPN 1380 The Bull” WCBG/100.9 W265DU Waynesboro PA to Talk/Sports “The Line“.
The change replaces the bulk of the weekday lineup from ESPN programming to a mix of financial and conservative talk programming including America In The Morning from 6-7 and 8-9am, Ken Coleman from 7-8am, Chris Plante 9am-12pm, Dave Ramsey 2-4pm, Ben Shapiro 4-7pm, and Jim Bohannon 10pm-1am. The local Gordy’s Sports World hosted by Gordy Schlotter remains in place but moves up an hour to 12-2pm. CBS Sports Radio programming will air from 7-10pm and overnights plus make up the majority of the weekend schedule.
WCBG, which serves the Hagerstown MD market, has also changed call letters to WLIN.
The new name (and probably also the new logo) should be specifically referencing the Mason/Dixon Line–which indeed includes the modern Pennsylvania/Maryland border.
