Entercom has appointed Leo Baldwin as Brand Manager of Hot AC “Y98” KYKY and AC 102.5 KEZK.
Baldwin most recently served as Operations Manager for Hubbard West Palm Beach and PD of Hot AC 97.9 WRMF until his exit last November. He has also served as Format Captain for AC/Hot AC while the cluster was owned by Alpha Media and previously programmed WHHH/WNOW-FM Indianapolis, WRDW-FM Philadelphia, and KQMQ and KDDB Honolulu.
Baldwin succeeds Cat Thomas in St. Louis. Thomas exited last month and has since joined Beasley Las Vegas in a similar position.

Baldwin has an extensive background of over 20 years of programing leadership experience. Prior to joining Entercom, Baldwin recently programmed WRMF and WEAT in West Palm Beach where he also served as Operations Manager over the seven-station cluster. During his time in West Palm Beach, Baldwin also held a format captain role for adult contemporary and hot adult contemporary for Alpha Media. Other notable stations Baldwin has programmed include KDDB in Honolulu, WRDW in Philadelphia and WHHH and WNOW in Indianapolis.
