Back in July, Prettyman Broadcasting's Classic Hits "Oldies 95.9" WICL Williamsport/Hagerstown MD relaunched as "95.9 The Greatest Hits". That revamp was short-lived as the station flipped to Classic Country on September 25 as "95.9 The Big Dawg". The flip brought Classic Country back to FM in the market following Verstandig's flip of "Country Legends 92.1"
