Midwest Communications is shaking up its recently acquired Sioux Falls, SD cluster at midnight tonight. News/Talk 1320 KELO will begin simulcasting on 107.9 where it displaces Classic Hits "Kool 107.9" KXQL. The "Kool" brand will be merged with the programming of Variety Hits "Q95.7" KSQB. The new "Kool 95.7" will feature music from the 60's
