River Vale Media Foundation is selling two New York City translator CP’s to Young Dae Kwon’s Sound of Long Island, Inc. The group will pay $5,000 each for 98.3 W252CS Brooklyn and 101.5 W268BY Queens. Both are currently licensed to rebroadcast 93.5 WVIP New Rochelle, NY.
Radio Assist Ministry is transferring 69 translators to sister company Edgewater Broadcasting for no cost. Both groups are run by Clark Parrish.
Longport Media is purchasing 92.5 W223CO Atlantic City, NJ from Susan Clinton for $26,000. W223CO will rebroadcast News/Talk 1400 WOND Pleasantville.
Bustos Media purchases 93.7 K229AD Yakima, WA from Vincent Shiflet for $25,000. K229AD will begin rebroadcasting Regional Mexican 1020 KDYK Union Gap immediately via a $1 LMA
Chalk Hill Communications acquires 107.9 K300CX Henderson, TX from East Texas Community Repeater Group for $1,000. K300CX will rebroadcast Chalk Hill’s 1240 KDOK Kilgore.

Robert Nolan’s Mustang Media is acquiring the assets of Alchemy II Broadcasting’s Oldies 1480 WDJO Cincinnati for $1 after Nolan acquired $475,000 worth of debt owed to previous owner American Broadcasting and a $37,500 junior lien held by W. Emerson ‘Dusty’ Rhodes.
Armada Media is expanding onto Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with the purchase of AC “Magic 97” 97.1 WGLQ Escanaba, Country “102.5 The Moose” WCMM Gulliver, Classic Hits “Kool 105.5” WGKL Gladstone, News/Talk 600 WCHT Escanaba, and Oldies “Cruisin 1490” WTIQ Manistique, MI from Lakes Radio for $1.8 million under the name AMC Partners Escanaba. Christopher A. Bernier, CEO of AMC Partners, also owns ten stations in Wisconsin under the name Radio Plus Inc.
Truth Broadcasting is acquiring Christian “100.9 The Cross” WSTS-FM and Regional Mexican “Radio Fiesta” 860 WFMO Fairmont, NC from Davidson Media for $475,000.
SSR Communications is swapping the CP for 99.3 KQJO St. Joseph, LA to Black Media Works for the CP for 103.7 K279CG Tallulah, LA. KQJO holds a CP to relocate near Natchez, MS with 14.5kW at 132 meters.
ATW Media is purchasing Classic Hits 97.7 KWRW Rusk, TX from KTLU/KWRW, Inc. for $750,000. The partners in ATW Media, Don Turner and Paul Gleiser, own three stations in Tyler, TX where KWRW applied in September to relocate its coverage area to.
Rhattigan Broadcasting is selling its four Plainview, TX stations to High Plains Radio Network for $100,000. The stations included are Farm/Talk “Mighty 1090” KVOP, Sports 1400 KREW, Classic Rock “103.9 The Rocket” KRIA, and Country 106.9 KKYN-FM.
2B Productions purchases “Newsradio 1490” WSTP Salisbury, NC from Rowan Radio for $75,000. 2B owns Soft AC/Standards “Memories 1280” WSAT Salisbury.
St. Lawrence University’s North Country Public Radio is converting its lease of 105.9 WXLE Indian Lake, NY from GEOS Communications for $20,000.
Divine Word Communications is purchasing Oldies “Y1000” WYBT and Country “K102.7” WPHK Blountstown, FL from Blountstown Communications for $500,000. Divine Word owns a network of Catholic stations along the Gulf Coast.
Roger Hoppe sells 1120 KLIM Limon, CO to Catholic Radio Network for $100,000.
Pathway Christian Academy sells 91.7 WWEM Rustburg/Lynchburg, VA to Calvary Chapel of Lynchburg for $260,000. Calvary began operating the station via Public Service Operating Agreement on January 1 as an affiliate of its Christian “Equip FM” network.
FM 90.1, Inc. sells 91.7 WNFC Paducah, KY to Somerset Educational Broadcasting Foundation for $265,000. WNFC will join Somerset’s “King of Kings” Christian network upon closing of the sale.
