WGUL-FM Inc. acquires Classic Hits “Fun 102.7” WRGO Cedar Key FL from WRGO Radio LLC for $220,000. The buyer also owns Hot AC “Citrus 95.3” WXCV Homosassas Springs, Classic Hits “96.7 The Fox” WXOF Yankeetown, and Oldies “Greatest Hits 106” 106.3 WGHR Spring Hill FL.
Leatherstocking Media Group sells Silent 1390 WFBL Syracuse NY to Wolf Radio Inc. for $275,000. As part of the deal Leatherstocking agrees to file for a translator at Wolf’s request and change the call letters of 1050 WSEN Baldwinsville to eliminate confusion with 103.9 WSEN-FM Mexico.
University of Northwestern-St. Paul expands to Bismarck with the purchase of 89.1 KLBF Lincoln ND for $50,000. KLBF will rebroadcast Christian Preaching “Faith Radio” based at 90.7 KTIS-FM Minneapolis.
Xana Oregon acquires 102.3 KHKF Island City OR from Brett Miller for $50,000. The station signed on earlier this month with an undisclosed format.
Kiefer Retirement Services sells Christian Talk 960 KCGS Marshall AR to Ichthus Outreach Services for $100.

SummitMedia and Educational Media Foundation will swap Birmingham AL translators. 107.3 W297BF goes from Educational Media Foundation to Summit while 102.1 W271BN will go in reverse to EMF. 107.3 W297BF is already operated by SummitMedia as AAA “Birmingham Mountain Radio” via 97.3 WPYA-HD2 Gardendale; W271BN is currently Soft AC “Easy 102.1” rebroadcasting 1320 WENN.
EMF is also swapping in Athens OH as 90.1 W211BT Athens goes to Sprit Communications in exchange for 94.1 W231CQ.
WRVM Inc. sells 101.3 W267BB Wausau WI to State of Wisconsin-Educational Communications Board for $46,000 to rebroadcast 90.9 WHRM-HD3 Wausau.
University of Wyoming acquires 95.9 K240EK Jackson, 97.3 K247BC Jackson, 99.1 K256CI Bondurant, and 107.5 K298AY Wheatland WY from Robert Rule for $110,000.
