Seven Mountains Media has purchased Farm & Home Broadcasting Company’s Hot AC simulcast “104.5/92.3 The Buzz” 104.5 WNBT-FM Wellsboro/92.3 WNBQ Mansfield PA and Standards 1490 WNBT/92.9 W225AT Wellsboro PA for $400,000.
Toccoa Falls College sells its four stations and two translators to Radio Training Network for $2.1 million. The stations involved are Christian AC 90.9 WRAF Toccoa Falls GA and simulcasters 88.5 WEPC Belton SC, 92.1 W221AZ Liliburn GA, and 1480 WPFJ/100.9 W265AZ Franklin NC and Silent 89.7 WTXR Toccoa Falls GA.
Family Life Ministries sells Erie rimshot 102.7 WCGM Wattsburg PA to Sam Jordan’s Williamsport Broadcasting for $840,000. WCGM will revert to commercial status and become a sister to Full Service Classic Hits 1370 WWCB Corry.
Light of Life Ministries Sells 88.5 WWRN Rockport MA to Horizon Christian Fellowship for $105,000. Horizon’s Christian AC “Renew-FM” began airing on WWRN on February 1 and on Light of Life’s 1340 WMDR/94.3 W232CU Augusta ME on March 20 as part of an associated programming agreement.
Steven Silverberg’s Bad Lands Broadcasting Company acquires Silent 107.9 KXZT Newell/Rapid City SD from JER Licenses. The purchase agreement was left out of the filing leaving the purchase price unknown. Bad Lands owns Classic Country “99.5 The Range” KRKI Keystone and Classic Hits “Kool 101.9” KFMH Belle Fourche in the Rapid City market.
Word Broadcasting Network sells Christian Preaching 1330 WVHI Evansville IN to Music Ministries for $275,000.
