Logos Broadcasting Corporation is selling Christian AC “Life 89.3” KLFF San Luis Obispo CA to Family Life Broadcasting for $400,000. Family Life will convert KLFF to a satellite rebroadcaster of 88.5 KFLT-FM Tucson AZ along with eighteen other stations.
Eduardo Zavala’s ZGS Communications sells Regional Mexican “La Ley 1550” WAMA Tampa FL to George and Esperanza Arroyo’s Q Broadcasting for $550,000. The Arroyo’s son Manuel previously purchased 107.7 W299CI Melbourne FL to move to Tampa to rebroadcast WAMA.
GLG Media will convert their Time Brokerage Agreement of Christian Talk “1120 The Bridge” KTXW Manor/Austin TX to an outright purchase from Bustos Media for $1.75 million. GLG has operated KTXW since June 2014.
Lee Reynolds’ Brantley Broadcast Associates is selling its 40% stake in Wagon Wheel Broadcasting to Richard Blackburn’s NBC LLC. and Kenneth Johnson Sr. for $1000 each. NBC LLC, which held 40% of the company will now hold 60%, while Johnson increases his stake from 20% to 40%. Reynolds will also receive a $100,000 upfront payment and $1,000 per month for 48 months as an engineering consultant and $76,000 upfront and $1000 per month for 24 months in a non-compete payment. Wagon Wheel Broadcasting owns Country 95.5 WIKI Carrollton KY and “Eagle Country 99.3” Aurora IN.

Life Broadcasting has donated Christian “Good News Radio” 91.9 KGNR John Day and 88.9 K205CJ Prairie City OR to Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls to become part of its “CSN Radio” based at 89.9 KAWZ-FM Twin Falls ID.
