Chris Eagan, Director of Branding and Programming, explained, “Kaedy is best known for afternoons in the market-that is where The River audience wants to hear her voice as they commute. Steve Craig’s conversational, witty style will sound great in morning drive where he will bring his music history expertise to Atlanta’s rock fans.”

“It’s been a great experience hosting mornings on The River for the last eight years, but I’m thrilled to be getting back to the slot that was my Atlanta radio home for 25 years-afternoons,” said Kiely.

“Atlanta has been my home for 25 years now, and what a better anniversary than to be surrounded and supported by the best in the biz, Chris Eagan, English Nick and the legendary Kaedy Kiely who make 97.1 The River an amazing place to showcase my passion for rock music,” said Craig. “I’m really looking forward to waking up with the best listeners and music lovers in the world!”
