Radio-One is divesting Brokered Chinese 1090 WILD Boston to Radio Boston Broadcasting for $888,326.16. The $15,000 per month LMA fees that the company has paid since December 2013 will go towards the purchase price. Radio Boston Broadcasting is owned by James Su’s Universal Broadcasting with a 78% stake and John & Greg Douglas’ AIM Broadcasting with a 22% stake. WILD airs programming from China Radio International.
Shelby Broadcast Associates is spinning its recently acquired Silent 950 WNZZ and 94.1 W231DF Montgomery AL to Roscoe Miller’s Autaugaville Radio for $215,000. Shelby had just purchased WNZZ from Cumulus’ Joule Broadcasting Trust for $55,000.
Spencer Travis Hickman is acquiring a pair of Chattanooga market AMs. Charles Rodgers’ Stone/Collins Communications sells 910 WEPG South Pittsburg and Rodgson Inc.’s 1190 WSDQ Dunlap for $1 each. Seller Charles Rodgers states that he recently had a stroke and he desires to give the station to family friend and longtime employee Hickman to continue to provide a service to the community.

True Concepts of Levy County reacquires Silent 89.5 WGSG Mayo FL from Son First Broadcasting for nonpayment of promissory note. The now bankrupt Son First Broadcasting had purchased WGSG in 2010 for $351,000.
