Clear Channel is dropping the Spanish CHR format of "Rumba 1480" WUBA Philadelphia and resurrecting the heritage WDAS calls with an Urban Oldies format. WUBA is already redirecting its listeners to Aztec Capital Partner's "El Zol 1340" WHAT. The new format will debut on Wednesday, November 23 with R&B Christmas music through the holidays before
