With Nassau Broadcasting unable to complete the funding on its purchase of Classic Hits “Frank 107.5” WFKB Boyertown/Reading, PA, the station will revert to its prior ownership on April 1. WDAC Radio Company will revert the station to its former WBYN calls and Christian preaching programming that is currently airing on 1160 in Lehighton, PA and WFKB HD2. Nassau had LMA’d WFKB since 2005 with an option to buy, but was never able to complete the financing. A similar LMA with WRNR Grasonville, MD expired last month.
