The wheel of changes continues at Tribune News/Talk 720 WGN Chicago.
Just six months after it last revamped its lineup, the station is resetting some of the additions made then. Late night host Turi Ryder and “Noon Show” host Carol Roth have departed the station.
Mike McConnell, who had been hosting a split 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm shift will regain the noon hour. The bigger change comes in evenings where the “Sports Night” brand is being retired. Host David Kaplan will remain as host of the now self-named “David Kaplan Show”. Jordan Bernfield and Mark Carman will join Kaplan on the show replacing Brian Noonan and Andrea Darlas, who will both remain with the station in new roles.
The lineup changes follow to arrival of Jimmy de Castro as President/GM and departure of Bill White as Program Director.
