FCC Update Translator Construction Permit ApplicationsA pair of stations in Northeast Idaho will be relocating to new locations. Frandsen Media’s 96.5 KAZZ Sugar City, ID will shift to 99.9 operating with 770 watts at 532 meters. Tri-State Media’s 100.1 KITT Soda Springs, ID will move to 100.3 in Wilson, WY with an increase from a Class A to Class C2 operating with 7.8kW at 336 meters.

Cornerstone Community Radio has sold the Construction Permit for 93.5 W228CT Daytona Beach, FL to Southern Stone Communications for $18,000. Southern Stone will utilize the 250 watt translator to rebroadcast its News/Talk 1150 WNDB Daytona Beach.

As part of a court order, Om P. Tschand is transferring the CP of 92.7 W224CW Franklin Township, NJ to Rahul Walia. Walia owns two other translators in Central New Jersey that currently air the “Radio Zindagi” South Asian programming fed by 97.1 WQHT-HD2 New York.

The FCC has deleted the license for 960 WPLY Mount Pocono, PA. The station had been off the air for the past couple years after previously simulcasting then Nassau Broadcasting sister Talk 840 WVPO Stroudsburg.

Way Media has applied to relocate 93.9 W230CG Magnolia Park, FL to 93.3 in North Palm Beach. The translator will operate with 250 watts at 139 meters rebroadcasting a subchannel of Clear Channel’s 92.1 WRLX West Palm Beach.

Kevin Youngers has amended its application to adjust 105.7 W289CB Milwaukee. Instead of relocating to 105.1 with 10 watts, the translator remain of 105.7 with 200 watts at 261 meters. The translator is licensed to bring Entercom Sports 1250 WSSP to FM.

Also in Milwaukee, Cornerstone Community Radio has applied to move 104.7 W284CI Milwaukee to 93.9. The translator will operate with 250 watts at 68 meters rebroadcasting EMF’s 105.3 WLVE Mukwanago.

Educational Media Foundation has applied to boost 96.1 W241AI Gorgas, AL from 39 to 99 watts. The translator, which serves the Birmingham area, rebroadcasts EMF’s “K-Love” programming via 105.5 WERC-HD3.

Way Media has applied to relocate 91.7 W218BG Montgomery, AL to 91.7 with a boost from 10 to 250 watts at 122 meters. The translator will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of Cumulus’ 95.1 WXFX Prattville.

  • 93.3 W227CW Lexington-Fayette, KY – Radio Assist Ministry – 86 watts @ 178.3 meters – // 98.1 WBUL-FM Lexington
  • 97.5 K248CO Kingman, AZ – Cameron Broadcasting – 50 watts @ 896.5 meters – // 107.1 KNKK Needles, CA
  • 101.5 K268CS Las Vegas, NV – Southern Nevada Educational Broadcasters – 55 watts – // 1060 KKVV Las Vegas
  • 101.5 W268CF West Palm, FL – Cornerstone Community Radio – 32 watts @ 46.4 meters – // 90.3 WEJF Palm Bay
  • 106.5 W293CR Gainesville, FL – Delmarva Educational Association – 60 watts @ 67.5 meters – // 1230 WGGG Gainesville
