Kasa Radio Hogar is acquiring Spanish Christian 580 KSAZ Marana/Tucson from Owl Broadcasting & Development for $1.37 million. Kasa Radio Hogar has been operating KSAZ under a Time Brokerage Agreement.
Harold and Eric Zwidler will acquire silent 960 WHYL Carlisle, PA out of bankruptcy from trustee Trustworthy Radio for $30,000. The Zwidlers own the other two commercial stations licensed to Carlisle: Classic Country 1000 WIOO and Country “Red 102.3” WCAT-FM.
Easy Radio Inc. sells Standards “Stardust 105.7” WMXH Luray and Classic Country/Bluegrass 1330 WRAA Luray to Hayden Hamilton Media Strategies for $325,000 plus a non-compete agreement between the three members of the selling company.
Selah Corporation sells 89.5 KFAA Horace, ND to Educational Media Foundation for $1 plus the assumption of $3200 in fees associated with the transaction.
