Georgia Eagle Sells Six In Statesboro

Georgia Eagle Broadcasting Statesboro Neal ArdmanGeorgia Eagle Media has sold its six stations near Stateboro, GA to Neal & Elizabeth Ardman’s Statesboro Radio for $600,000.

The stations involved are “Best Country 94.9” WHKN Millen, AC “Eagle 102.9” WPMX Statesboro, Classic Rock “Rock 106.5” WZBX Rocky Ford, Talk “Fox News 107.3” WMCD Claxton, Sports “Yahoo! Sports 850” WPTB Statesboro, and News/Talk 1240 WWNS Stateboro. The Ardmans also own Country “106.3 K-Bay” WKBX Kingsland and WIYC-TV Montgomery, AL as well as operate CHR “Coast 105.3” WJSJ Jacksonville via LMA.

The Ardman’s have already begun operating the stations via LMA.
