If I had known about this, I would have spoken to our media group’s two owners about their Operations Manager, Scott Northcraft. He has done wonders with WXCR, WRRR and WVVV. Eleven years ago, he was put in charge of changing 93R’s setup from tape decks to computer, then master SIMIAN. He was given the manual and the training consisting of ‘learn this.’ He is a workaholic that puts everything on the line for these three stations!
