Will this Meriden 98.5 translator be replacing the Clinton licensed translator on 99.5 that is currently part of Red Wolf’s Spanish Tropical BOMBA Network? Isn’t 99.5’s antenna in Meriden with a CP to move to Waterbury?
That’s really interesting… Revival was going to sell that 104.5 W283BW to Hall Communications, which was going to move it to their WCTY Norwich tower on Cook Rd. Red Wolf put up a big stink claiming it would interfere with WMRQ (no chance) and then for some reason, the deal was never consummated.
So what’s Red Wolf going to do? Put that same translator on the tower LITERALLY across the street from the WCTY tower, but there it magically won’t cause interference.
You know he’s going to end up buying those translators…
