Continental Broadcast Group is converting their LMA of Spanish CHR “Exitos 1590” WNTS Beech Grove/Indianapolis into a purchase for $950,000. Continental has operated WNTS via Time Brokerage Agreement from Davidson Media since October 2013. Continental owns Regional Mexican “Radio Latina 107.1” WEDJ Danville and Spanish Christian “Pescador 810” WSYW Indianapolis.
Jimmy Johnson’s Brunswick County Broadcasting reacquires News/Talk 105.5 WVNC Lawrenceville, VA from Imperial Broadcasting Company for forgiveness of $179,100 in debt. The buyer has begun operating the station via TBA.
Justin Dixon is acquiring an additional 2% of shares in 1250 KBTC and “Big Country 99.3 The Rooster” KUNQ Houston, MO from Amy Vermillion for $408. The sale will make Dixon the majority owner with 51% of the stations and Vermillion the minority owner.

Mega Media LLC acquires Silent 93.7 K229BJ Hollywood Park/San Antonio from Organizacion ICC for $130,000. The filing stated Mega Media intends to rebroadcast World Radio Network’s Spanish Christian 89.9 KBNL Laredo on the signal.
Best Media divests its pair of Houston area translators. Centro Cristiano de Vida Eterna gains Silent 91.3 K217DP Barker as a charitable contribution. Centro Cristiano will file a displacement application due to the upgrade of 91.3 KPVU Prairie View. South of Houston, Best sells 91.3 K217DJ Kemah to The Raftt Corporation for $75,000. Raftt will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of Radio-One’s 97.9 KBXX Houston.
Susan J. Smith sells the CP of 105.9 K290CH Wenatchee, WA to Community Oriented Radio Endeavors for $150. The translator will rebroadcast 102.9 KEFA-LP Wenatchee.
