Radio.com LLC acquires the CP for 93.7 W229CG Cleveland from Kevin Youngers for $90,000. The translator will rebroadcast Radio Advantage One’s Liberal Talk 1460 WABQ Painesville, which has applied to convert from commercial to non-commercial status.
Alpha Media acquires SSR Communication’s 103.5 K278CF Tallulah, LA for $200,000. K278CF holds a CP to relocate to Jackson, MS as W278BW and will be utilized by Alpha to rebroadcast Gospel 1300 WOAD Jackson.
Progressive Broadcasting System sells 99.7 W259BJ Warsaw, IN to Federated Media’s Talking Stick Communications for $60,000. W259BJ will rebroadcast News/Talk “1480 News Now” WRSW Warsaw.
Mega Media LLC donates 94.1 K231CL McAllen, TX to Organizacion LLC

Key Plus Broadcasting is acquiring three stations circling Tulsa from Roger Chasteen’s ABS Communications for $800,000. 94.5 KEMX Locust Grove, 100.3 KCXR Taft/Muskogee and 100.5 KTFR Chelsea, OK currently air Stephens Media’s Christian Rock “The Kross“. The buyer owns Regional Mexican “Que Buena 1530” KXTD Wagoner/Tulsa. ABS had purchased the three stations from Stephens Media in 2013 for $500,000.
Roger Wright’s Radio 7 Media purchases Country “Kix 106.7” 1420 WKSR Pulaski/106.7 WKSR-FM Lawrenceburg, Classic Country 1370 WDXE Lawrenceburg and Classic Hits 98.3 WDXE-FM Loretto, TN from Lakewood Communications and Pulaski Broadcasting for $1.335 million. Radio 7 already owns Country “Power 97.5 WLX” WLLX and Classic Hits “105.3 The X” 590 WWLX/105.3 W287AA Lawrenceburg and has begun operating WDXE AM/FM via LMA and WDXE-FM is now simulcasting 590 WWLX.
Randolph and Debra McKone’s KJDY, Inc. is purchasing Country 1400 KJDY/93.7 K229AX John Day and 94.5 KJDY-FM Canyon City, OR from Blue Mountain Broadcasting Company for $405,000. The McKone’s own three other stations in northeastern Oregon.
Diane Fite has acquired a 25% stake in Aware FM, Inc., the owner of Christian AC “91.3 Aware-FM” KZBV Carmel Valley, CA. Carl Auel, James Auel, and Patricia Jones will drop their ownership shares from 33.3% each to 25%.
David and Kathy Rieck are selling G.O. Radio, the owners of Sports 1520 KSIB and Country 103.3 KSIB-FM Creston, IA to Chad and Amy Rieck for $1.4 million. Chad Rieck is the son of the sellers and has served as General Manager of the stations since 2006.
Integrity Radio of Florida sells News/Talk 1480 WFLN Arcadia, FL to Fiorini Broadcasting. The purchase price and sales agreement was not included in the FCC filing.
