As expected following his exit from mornings at CBS Country “Kiss 99.9” WKIS, Kenny Walker is joining Entercom’s recently relaunched Classic Hits “102.7 The Beach” WMXJ Miami for mornings starting Monday, January 11.
Walker has been working in the Miami market since 1995. First at CHR “Y100” 100.7 WHYI where he eventually hosted mornings until his exit in 2007, Walker then spent two years in afternoons at Cox AC “97.3 The Coast” WFLC before joining WKIS in 2009. He previously worked in New York at 95.5 WPLJ and serves at the Public Address Announcer for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins.
