Update 5/4: KEZE made the flip to Rhythmic CHR “Hot 96.9” at 3:05pm today. The previous River format will remain online only.
Pendleton Broadcasting’s “104.5 Jamz” KGZG Newport, WA has gone on the offensive against its new competitor, launching Not969.com to attack 96.9’s new format. KEZE will have a stronger signal in Spokane than 104.5, however its main target is Mapleton Broadcasting CHR “105.7 Now” as it flanks sister Adult CHR 92.9 KZZU against the mainstream competitor.
The first hour of Hot 96.9 consisted of:
Wiz Khalifa – Roll Up
Rihanna – S&M
Black Eyed Peas – Just Can’t Get Enough
Flo-Rida – Low
Chris Brown – She Ain’t You
Far East Movement – Like A G6
Lupe Fiasco – The Show Goes On
Enrique Iglesias – I Like It
Big Sean – My Last
T.I. – Live Your Life
Chris Brown – Look At Me Now
Jennifer Lopez – On The Floor
B.o.B – Airplanes
Nelly – Just A Dream
