Update 12/27: Keymarket launched the Country format on "Biggie 96.5" WBGI-FM this morning. The switch to Country puts the station in competition with Clear Channel's 98.7 WOVK, which rules the market with over a 20 share, and sister "Froggy" 103.5 WOGH, which targets the Pittsburgh market as a suburban trimulcast.
