Original Report 12pm: As first reported by CNYRadio.com, Cumulus Talk “105.9 The Big Talker” WXTL Syracuse, NY began stunting with TV themes following the end of the Bob & Tom Show at 10am.
Cumulus has made domain registrations in recent days for TheRebel1059.com and has acquired 1059TheRebel.com from the now defunct WPFB in Middletown, OH.
WXTL debuted in February 2010 as the first FM News/Talker in Syracuse with a mainly syndicated lineup. Any momentum was lost in January 2011 when Clear Channel moved 570 WSYR to 106.9.
