"92.3 Now" WXRK New York afternoon host Mark "Tic Tak" Allen has left the station after two years for an undisclosed programming position. Lil' Cee, who has been working weekends on the station will take over the timeslot. Cee formerly hosted afternoons on Dance "Pulse 87".
