    GRAY AND RAYCOM TO COMBINE IN A $3.6 BILLION TRANSACTION

    Update Raycom has announced the official statement on the Gray deal and yes this deal is to make Raycom more competitive against Sinclair and Nexstar for local TV in most parts of the country.

    Here are the Full List of TV Stations owned By Gray and Raycom as of June 2018 but note in one of the Raycom Press Releases that they have overlap TV markets in Georgia, Ohio, Texas, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. Note we don’t know yet on who is being divested due to the Gray/Raycom merger and where are the divested stations are going to yet.

    Well in this link Raycom is mentioned as a member who has a broadcast contract with Newson app but that’s going to be uncertain once the merger is approved.
