    Now that the FCC has Changed the nighttime rules Maybe kqv could increase nighttime power and sell WKGO 88.1 to WZUM filling the void of its own 88.1 in the Eastern Suburbs.


    The Ratchet Rule is still in play, isn’t it? And even then, KQV would need to build multiple towers just to get a faint glimmer of their old night signal. You’re better off buying a horse-and-buggy or sending a Western Union telegram.

    KQV’s only shot at relevance is being tied to 88.1. Their days as a standalone AM died for good last December 31.
