As far as the repack effecting these stations the FCC is going to be having a hearing about it at their next meeting
    link to article http://rbr.com/tv-translators-lptvs-on-next-fcc-meeting-agenda/

While it is possible for This Tv to be on WEKA due to DTV America having affiliations with Antenna TV (Tribune), It seems that WJW have done some upgrades new bugs on both 8.1 and 8.2 and it seems the picture at least to me looks better, plus why no new bugs till now and even the News bug a bit after the new package , so could they end up adding This TV and maybe Comet i think it could be possible.

And speaking of This TV and that bug disaster and the eventually dropping of the network (WBNX), Could The CW be next, if so it looks like they want to annoy viewers in retaliation against their affiliation, but if that changes and they are Full HD with the equipment to add H&I then that’s different, but so far they have just said its for H&I

WBNX told me via Facebook they are getting new equipment to add 55.4.

I wonder if there will be any changes coming to 55.2?

With WBNX’s relationship with Weigel and carrying two of their Diginet’s, Plus MeTV starting an HD Feed with most likely requiring affiliates eventually to broadcast in HD/16×9 SD, it may be possible that MeTV could end up on 55.2 with another possibility of The Happy Channel on 55.5? or no longer broadcasting The Happy Channel at all?

FCC records now shop WRAP as a translator (TX). Does this mean or change anything about the programming they will have?

WRAP is back on the air as an analog signal.

What are they broadcasting and how far is their signal predicted to cover?

I haven’t picked it up from my Cleveland location. I assume it’s airing the same infomercials and covers several blocks with low wattage in the Shaker Heights area.
