<p style=”text-align: left;”>Does anyone know if there’s a new station in Amelia or is this a pirate? It sounds pretty good even if it’s not licensed.</p>

Must be a pirate. Nothing on http://fccdata.org/?latd=39.0211&lond=84.2112  for 96.1 in the 45201 Zipcode

    Amelia’s zip code is 45102

Hi, Just checked out the website for Power 96.1 at power96fm.com and found that they are a FCC part 15 compliant station running less than 1 watt. Not a pirate and according to the website it will be streaming soon.

There is no such 1 watt rule on FM.   FM: 250μV/m @ 3 m (FCC Part 15 compliance for USA)

That’s about 200 feet if operated legally.   If you can hear it more than 200 feet away, it’s a Pirate.
