https://www.fybush.com/nerw-20180625/We have lost on of the Greatest Air Personalities Ever- Dan Ingram ‘. I used to love listening to his show and his irrelevant witty humor, every afternoon on WABC in the 60’s &70’s.
I remember the day in 1982 Dan and the late Ron Lundy signed off Music Radio 77 WABC when the station flipped to talk.
After a bit he moved to WCBS-FM with other WABC alumni retiring in 2003.
Anybody listening on “transistor radios” remember him broadcasting to a huge audience during the November 1965 blackout.
Scott Fybush wrote a nice piece about Dan,
RIP Dan Ingram you will be missed even though your last show was 15 years ago.
