They keep changing the brand of this station and never address the real problem with it. 10 minutes of music and 6 minutes of commercials. The station is a few miles from my house and I can’t listen to it.
I’m guessing that the 99.7 simulcast will be short lived. I can’t imagine starting a new station, having a simulcast and branding the duo as only one of the stations. It’s too common these days to use 2 frequencies in the branding. So, my only guess is that the simulcast is temporary until 99.7 gets a new format. “Stunting” if you will.
