Cumulus Media is taking Urban AC "Magic 103.9" WTYB Bluffton SC/Savannah GA back from the Joule Broadcasting trust. WTYB, then licensed to Tybee Island GA, was placed in the trust following Cumulus' 2011 purchase of Citadel Broadcasting. The city-of-license change in 2012 to Bluffton is what Cumulus is using to as merit to reclaim the
