The Beasley/Greater Media deal has been filed with the FCC. The deal is structured as a merger as Greater Media will combine with Beasley Media Group 2 and become a wholly owned subsidiary of Beasley Media Group, Inc. All of Greater Media's owned towers will be sold to a yet to be revealed third party
