JVC Broadcasting Launches Talk Of Gainesville
JVC Media will launch News/Talk “104.9 The Talk Of Gainesville” WYGC High Springs/Gainesville FL on Thursday, August 4.
WYGC has been simulcasting Classic Hits “100.9 Wow-FM” WXJZ Gainesville since the format moved to the stronger in-market 100.9 signal in May. The only programming announced for the station are the syndicated Imus In The Morning and Fox News Radio’s Brian Kilmeade & Friends in middays.
JVC Media of Florida, one of the leading independent and locally owned radio broadcasters in the country, announces a new News and Information format for WYGC 104.9FM in Gainesville-Ocala, FL. The new radio station, dubbed 104.9 The Talk of Gainesville, will launch at Midnight Thursday August 4th from JVC Media’s Downtown Gainesville studios with non-stop local news, weather, and traffic in addition to the legendary Imus in the Morning and Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade.
