IHeartMedia has appointed Kix Layton as SVP/Programming for its Greenville SC cluster and Brian Hall for Asheville NC.
Layton has programmed Country 100.5 WSSL since 2000 and also has been Program Director for Country 92.5 WESC. Hall has programmed News/Talk 570 WWNC and Liberal Talk “880 The Revolution” WPEK since 2002.

Layton previously worked as the Program Director for 92.5 WESC, where he oversaw all on-air content and music programming. He also served as the Program Director for WSSL 100.5 for the past 17 years.

Hall has worked in the iHeartMedia Asheville and Greenville markets for 15 years, most recently serving as Program Director for News Radio 570 WWNC and 880 The Revolution in Asheville and Fox Sports 1440 in Greenville, where he was responsible for all on-air content and sports play by play. His background also includes serving as a Local Sales Manager for iHeartMedia Asheville and an Affiliation Relations Director for Premiere Networks, where he spent seven years. Hall is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
